Tradeflight · prop firm tools

Plan the account before you trade it.

Every prop firm uses the same handful of rules with different numbers. Put in your firm's numbers and your trade size, and see how much room you really have: how many losses the account survives, what a day needs to make, and what it costs to reach the first payout. Works for any firm. Futures

EXAMPLES:

Examples are typical round numbers, not any one firm's rules. Always copy the real numbers from your firm's rulebook.

1. The firm's rules

From the rulebook of the account you are looking at. Leave a box at 0 if your firm doesn't have that rule.

2. How you trade

Your normal size and stop. Be honest: the plan is only as good as these numbers.

3. Your plan

This is arithmetic, not a forecast. It assumes the numbers you entered and doesn't predict results. Firms change rules often; check yours.
